Analiza de pe site-ul Dukan

Va spuneam ca am facut testul de pe site-ul Dukan, ma rog, un fel de analiza. Nu stiu ce sa cred despre aceasta dieta, e cam controversata pentru gusturile mele si destul de restrictiva. Testul l-am facut doar de curiozitate, sa vad care e abordarea lor. Oricum nu cred ca as putea rezista prea mult fara legume si din cate am citit se pare ca in prima faza mananci doar proteine.

Iata ce imi spune Dukan:

“Thank you for your interest in the Dukan Diet. You have just discovered your True Weight. I would like to explain how this weight has been scientifically calculated based on parameters making this weight, YOUR weight, yours and exclusively yours.

    You are 27 years old.

    So you are a very young woman and too young to be already concerned with weight problems.

    If we limit ourselves to using the traditional BMI, you ought to have a BMI of 23.6. However, although the BMI is a good tracking tool it takes only your weight and size into account. It doesn’t look at your age, or your gender, how easily you put on weight, how many diets you have tried, how heavy your bone structure is or your family history! So according to this all-purpose index, you ought to have a BMI between 22 and 24. It is precisely because most of my patients cannot relate to this calculation that I created the True Weight.
